Clos Pegase
A jaw dropping picturesque winery, Clos Pegase is awe-inspiring. The architecture and the drought-resistant garden make this winery a must visit.
The tour kicks off with a brief history of the winery, along with a tour of the production area and their quarter mile long cave. This tour culminated at the Cave Theater designed by Michael Graves where we tasted Clos Pegase current portfolio of wines along with artisanal cheese and charcuterie. We tasted about 5 different types of wine from their 2015 Sauvignon Blanc to their 2012 Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon. It was a dream!
